Weekend Accomplishments

In no particular order:

Bought two new pairs of shoes that I can use for both work and casual wear.

Bought two new pairs of pants suitable for work, as well as a pair of jeans.

Stocked up at the Clinique counter.

Met some of the family for lunch on Saturday.

Did the usual Sunday chores.

Started to build out a pair of lasts that will be used to make period shoes. Toes were given a slightly more square shape.

Made a good Sunday dinner for the parents, including roast chicken, homemade bread (from the bread machine), and a cranberry-pear pie.

Chicken stock is currently boiling away on the stove and will be used to make a chicken noodle soup/stew.

Started working on Simplefare planning - we're making several logistical changes this year, and one minor modification to the menu.
