Golden Sauce
Jul. 21st, 2008 06:05 pmLast week I picked up a very inexpensive book of recipes featuring only four ingredients (not counting things like water, salt, pepper, etc.). Tonight I made the Pan Fried Chicken with Golden Sauce. Said sauce is simply the combination of two mangoes, and a can of apricots in juice. Very yummy sauce, and far too much for the recipe. I have at least 1.5 cups of leftover sauce.
Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do with this leftover sauce?
Does anyone want the sauce? It should freeze nicely until I could get it to you.
