So I've invested in a treadmill. I already have a recumbent bike, but I felt that it wasn't giving me enough of a workout, espeically with the upper body. When you walk, at least you're swinging your arms, and because it's more of a weight-bearing exercise, I just feel like I get more exercise for the effort.
Since it's too cold (and dangerous) to walk outside with a friend, the treadmill is the next best option. And in order to motivate myself, I've decided to try the Eowyn Challenge (http://home.insightbb.com/~
